Gallbladder Out

 2/9/2024

Admitted into Monash to have my gallbladder out!

Its been such a long time ago (6/3/25 today) but all is as good as can be being gallbladderless!

I had to do it before my Malaysia trip (Nov '24) as i did not want to risk having an attack whilst I was overseas.  I definitely do not want to have an emergency operation there eventhough I have premium travel insurance cover!

Well, I had to be very careful with my food intake especially spicy and oily food.  It tends to go through me like lightning and send me to the toilet!

Long story short, look after your body and treat it like a "house of God".  Cherish every part of your body inside out.

Nothing is ever the same if you are missing a part of your body or you have healed from your broken femur.  It's not the same as "the original" God gave us!

Since then I have a new phone and all photos are in the old phone so I am unable to attach any pixs if any, right now.

Living without a gallbladder is no big deal but you just have to make sure you are close by to a toilet if you are out for a feast!

Fennemores to Melbourne

 27/2/25

CK arrived on the 27/2 but I was admitted to Monash because of my bloody spectum condition.

Out of Monash 2/3,  had a big nap and went to meet up with CK in Glen Waverley at Shanghai Red for dinner.

It has been at least 2+years since we last met so it was really nice to see them.

Collected my 3 berries jam and Christmas cake made by CK.  She grew all the berries too.

I did not join them on the  roadtrip to Adelaide because we had the "Bunny Themed" birthday party for Eva on Sunday but officially, Eva turned 7 today (4/3).

They will be back on 9/3 so I guess there will be plenty to catch up on the Adelaide trip etc.  Most probably moving over to South Morang to spend a few days with them till they depart for London.

Some snippets from their Adelaide trip so far.....looks like I missed out on the Robe lobsters!

Looks like they are having a good trip so far, so let's just wait to hear all about it when they come back to Melbourne.

Happy Roadtripping my dear friends!
