Happy Feet

I woke up with an excellent idea today!  I thought I'd break into my new leather shoes I purchased for Becky's wedding and get used to them slowly so by the time the wedding comes around, I will be able to fly in them on the dance floor!
Sadly, after prancing around in them for less than 5 minutes, I had to kick them off!

My toe started hurting!  "OHHH NO" crossed my mind and as much as I was disappointed, there was also a sigh of relief knowing that I might be able to get away with wearing one of my 7 pairs of FITFLOPS under my long evening gown and who is to know?

I have seen a Bride in an expensive Vera Wang gown who purchased a pair of expensive 15cm Jimmy Choo shoes but could not walk in them by the time she arrived at the location shoot and had to buy herself a pair of thongs at a convenience store in Cosmopolitan Bride, so I felt on top of the world, knowing I have FITFLOPS at the very worst case scenario.

I have been wearing Fitflops eversince I have been introduced to them and I am a proud owner of 7 pairs.  I could have purchased more, but I don't get enough wear out of them to keep the collection growing at the moment.

Is this about FITFLOPS or INGROWN TOE NAIL OP??? I guess they go "leg in leg" together so to speak.  Eversince I got my ingrown removed end of May, I have been living in my Fitflops and managed well in them throughout this entire winter.
Ingrowns can be nasty ... it looks normal, but the pain can be excruciating especially after surgery.  My Doc not only cut off the ingrown, he removed the entire root and I had 5 stitches on my left big toe.  It's been more than 2 months now, and I guess with Snowy stepping over my sore toe every now and again does not help with the healing process, but **** happens!

Friendly Advice
1) If you have an ingrown toe nail - see to it immediately and not wait till it starts to hurt before you do something about it.

2) If you do not own a pair of Fitflops - get yourself a pair or two or more!

HAPPY DAYS - NEVER TAKE YOUR FEET FOR GRANTED!
